Huge lot of legos for sale?

I have hundreds of Lego sets I have bought over many years. I just don't have room or time for my collection anymore. It takes up almost a whole room in my home. I was wondering what would be a good asking price? I have already checked eBay and there aren't any collection as big as mine for sell. Should I divide it up and sell it that way?
