Newborn kitten has an open wound on it's shoulder ?

if it is not seeming to bother either mother or kitten I would not worry, a mother will abandon or eat her babies if they are unhealthy... make sure you are feeding mama cat a good source of protein and good luck I have a cat am fostering from the humane society and she had 6 kittens all found homes and she may have to go b ack to the kennel there as she is not making nice with my dog.. It will break my heart to let her go back but maybe someone will adopt her
