Why am i always hungry and never full?

It sounds like you need more fiber in your diet to full you up so you don't feel hungry. Try eating oatmeal or a high-fiber cereal for breakfast or eat whole grain toast or bagel with your veggie omlette, and drink lots of liquids (water is best) which expands the fiber in your system so you feel full. When I have a veggie omlette for breakfast, I don't feel full and get hungry soon afterward, but after a high-fiber grain breakfast I don't feel hungry even at lunchtime, and eating more high-fiber foods is healthier for you, you can read on-articles about the many health benefits of eating high-fiber foods.
