Secret Tea rooms, a fantastic new idea?

Hi, It sound OK but who is going to want you to put your feet up in their place and let you eat homemade cakes, jam and tea ? You had better pay good and tip good. Would this be all times of the day and could you drop in anytime you felt ? Might be a problem unless the rules were well defined.
