Anyone know about the "FREE" government small business money?

Ok, Does anyone know about the "FREE" government small business money? You ask a hundred people a question, you get a hundred different answers. I was told, that you can get free money from the government for small business, that they give an amount of money away to help people start small business's ? Ive been unemployed over 4 years now after a lower back injury, I hated working and want to do my own thing. I'm into doing motorcycle detail and restorations, custom bike fabrications, and custom airbrush. I'm living at my moms now, she rents, so I would need at least a portable 2 stall garage, an air compressor, bike lift, pipe bender, and other odds and ends. I'm thinking $15,000 or $20,000 would get me up and running, then I could get my life back. If anyone knows if you "can" get free government small business money? please let me know. Thanks.
