from experience, i'd say yes, he probably has some feelings for you because a guy wouldn't unnecessarily look at you, unless you've got something stuck on ur teeth. he moved away because he was feeling nervous to be that close to someone that he likes. im not too sure about my answer, but i hope i've helped in some way. it's easy to find out if a guy likes you and according to me all those things contribute to the fact that he might have some sort of feelings for you :D
