No it does not. This looks like a run-on sentence full of self-congratulatory boilerplate. I hope you really do communicate well with others, but it's not an objective skill or something you;ve demonstrated that you can do (like learning a foreign language or earning a special certificate). If you are going to pat yourself on the back, you don;t want to go overboard with "bursts with creativity and has great problem-solving and organizational skills".
