What is the best quality mass emailing software?

Hi, I have been googling emailing software for the past two hours and reading their websites. I am very confused which ones might be the best. Their websites do not help because they are cluttered and I have no idea about the qualities and features of their products. Maybe I am just too impatient to click on the hundred links they have in their sites just to find out absolutley nothing about what I want to know. I am looking for a quality emailing software product. When I say quality I mean that I want a software that works all the time and is easy to use. I need to be able to send mass emails, easily design and send html emails, track if the emails were opened and so on, have email templates, and have all the other good stuff a quality email software would have. I dont want one that works half *** or that is missing key features. Can someone please point me in the right direction that knows about emailing software or that can recommend the software that you use because it works so well.
