How to talk to my boyfriend about spending problems?

We are one hundred short on rent this month and don't have much food in the house. We have enough packs of chicken for dinner but I have been skipping breakfast and lunch. I am going to be able to borrow money from a friend for the rent. I just checked my boyfriend's bank account and he has been out to eat every day for the pass two weeks. So now we are least another 75 short. He knew we didn't have that money to spend. I guess I will try to find a way to scramble up the money but how do I talk to him about his spending situation. I am so pissed. I mean I'm sitting here eatincroutons while he's out getting Chinese. Oh and to add I'm allowed access to his account.
