POLL: Should I get breast implants? Serious advice and honest opinions please?

I had a breast augmentation. I am 5'4" 105lb and wore a 32B pre-surgery. Now I wear a 32DD and love the results. I felt like a little girl before and love how they look now. I would recommend it if you really want to enhance the size of your breasts.
