Wow. I'm reallly surprised to hear all of this. I've literally been going to fanfiction.net for 8 years and it never gave me any problems, but I've always had norton antivirus so maybe that's what helped. The only other website I know that has fan fiction is fictionpress.net but that's just free for all stories, not related to anime or manga. I don't know any other site like fanfiction.net with anime/manga fanfics though, sorry.
